Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping on Sierra Lamp! Our products are only available to customers in the United States and not to customers in other countries. For customers in different states of the United States, shipping is free and there is no minimum order amount.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3 business day after order placed. 

 

*Shipping Time:

Generally, orders will be deliveried in 6-7 business day after order confirmation/payment.

 

*About Tax:


All our prices and shipping costs include tax, we will pay the tax, so you don’t need to pay any tax.

 

*Tracking:

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided within 3 days. 

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 24 hours.

 

*Order Cancellations:


We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery.  Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

 *If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support info@sierralamp.com within 30 days after your order was received.
